CONCEPT DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT

The first step to any great space is to compile all of your ideas into one cohesive concept. Through the concept design stage, your visions are brought together to develop the following:

Produce a list of needs and wants
Preliminary floor plans and elevations
Develop 3D perspectives of the space

INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES

One of the most important stages to making a flawless finished product is being able to bring everything together with the finishes and finer details. This stage includes:

Detailed furniture, millwork, plumbing fixture, lighting & electrical layouts
3D perspectives of the interior spaces
Furniture, finishes, fixtures (plumbing & lighting), appliance, & millwork selections

CONSTRUCTION / PERMIT APPLICATIONS

This is the stage where the preliminary design begins to come to life and documents are produced in order to construct the build. The following items are developed:

Floor plans, exterior elevations, 3D perspective views, building sections, & details
Permit applications are submitted to the township
Coordination with the planning and building departments to ensure issuance of necessary permits

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

To make a build flow smoothly, great communication and scheduling is everything. This stage will help you enjoy the process without the hassle and includes the following:

Project coordination
Site visits to ensure the project is on track
Meeting with the trades and suppliers

DESIGN CONSULTATIONS

If you are looking to update your current space by changing the finishes or furniture and full designs are not required, this is the stage you would be most interested in. The services include the following:

Meetings on site to discuss the space
Provide recommendations on layouts, finishes, furniture, fixtures and millwork through verbal communication
Provide names of trades to complete the work if required

STYLING / STAGING

Once all of the construction is complete, putting the space together with the furnishings, artwork and accessories can seem difficult. With the Styling / Staging services, this can be taken care of. The services include the following:

Meetings on site to discuss the spaces to be styled / staged
Selection of the accessories and artwork required
Placement of the finishing touches within the space
